      <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Tooling and CI.</strong> The bulk of the churn addresses <code translate="no">ansible-galaxy</code> fetching issues, landing on two branches to keep role installation working against upstream Galaxy behavior (<a href="https://review.opendev.org/c/openstack/openstack-ansible-galera_server/+/1009054">1009054</a>).</p>
<p><strong>Backup fixes.</strong> Mariabackup's incremental compression arguments were corrected, with the fix picked up on a parallel branch as well — a small but functional change for anyone relying on compressed incremental backups.</p>
<p><strong>Maintenance.</strong> The <code translate="no">ansible_managed</code> variable was refreshed, a stray note was reworded, and four zero-line changes relocated notes within the documentation to their correct sections.</p>]]></content:encoded>
