openstack/horizon — Week of 2026-10-10

SDK migration. The Nova Usage panel moved onto openstacksdk, continuing the ongoing shift away from the legacy nova client wrapper (1006815). It's the only feature-sized patch of the week at ~380 lines touched.

Bug fixes. A regression where the image name disappeared after an instance row refresh was repaired with a 111-line fix in the Project Instances table. A ValueError was eliminated when no metadata namespaces exist for a given resource type, and the CreateSnapshot action had its policy check corrected.

Selenium stability. Three small integration-test fixes landed to shore up the Selenium suite: sidebar links are now scrolled into view before being clicked, a keypair-create race that surfaced after the keypair panel's switch to the Django default was closed, and a help-redirection race specific to Firefox ESR 153 was patched.

Housekeeping. Three Zanata translation imports were merged, the largest of which trimmed roughly 30k lines of stale message catalogs.
