EC2 credential management. The identity dashboard regains its EC2 credential download and recreation flow, restoring a workflow that had been dropped from the user panel (994520). A companion change adds a config option to let operators enable or disable EC2 credential management outright.
Performance. Several hot paths got measurably cheaper. DHCP agent counts are now fetched with one request per agent instead of per-network; floating IP listings were optimized; and policy files are now checked for changes at most once per second rather than on every request. Together these touch the most-trafficked list views in the panels.
Compatibility and bug fixes. Horizon now requires openstacksdk 4.21.0 or later, and PortForwardingManager was adjusted to match the newer SDK surface (landed twice, on master and a backport). The shell filter stopped escaping ! and ', the volume detail "Created" field no longer renders as None, port list rendering with trunks was corrected, and the volume table's server fallback now uses the plain server list. User description fields gained a max-length check to prevent a DoS vector, and a flaky pytest-based Selenium floating IP test was stabilized.
Elsewhere. A .gitreview update opens the unmaintained/2025.1 branch.
