openstack/kolla-ansible — Week of 2026-10-10

Keystone image. The Keystone deployment switched from the keystone container image to keystone-api, reworking the role to align with the newer upstream packaging layout (962120).

Stability. A trailing-comma bug in DockerWorker.generate_tls() was fixed and backported across three stable branches, each landing with the same ~60-line change. On the data-path side, ProxySQL was corrected so it no longer sends reads to the backup writer node when a dedicated reader is available. A small addition to the service-uwsgi-config role lets deployers pass an env option through to generated uWSGI configs.

Branching 2026.2. The bulk of the housekeeping was the stable/2026.2 cut: .gitreview, TOX_CONSTRAINTS_FILE, and the master version bump all landed together, release notes were tidied ahead of the branch, and the ansible-collection-kolla dependency was switched over to the new 2026.2 branch.
