CI and baremetal testing. The largest piece of work this week reshapes the baremetal job to emulate Redfish hardware with Tenks, landing on master and a stable branch at roughly 70 lines each. The change broadens how Ironic-oriented gates can exercise Redfish without real hardware (1010473).

Service fixes. Trove-api's queue manager process name is corrected, backported across three branches so operators monitoring by process name see consistent behavior. The Octavia openrc now carries OS_CACERT, unblocking TLS verification when talking to the amphora API. A longstanding issue where RabbitMQ would attempt to restart under Ansible check mode is also resolved.

Sample config. The deprecated letsencrypt_cert_server placeholder in globals.yml is replaced with a current value, propagated across four backports so fresh deployments on any supported branch start from a working sample.

Branch maintenance. The 2025.1 series moved to unmaintained/2025.1, with the associated .gitreview and reno updates landing alongside the ACK transition.
