Framework retirement. The dominant change is the removal of the in-tree fullstack testing framework, pruning roughly 8,000 lines in a single commit (1010619). Alongside, several test-isolation fixes land to stop module-level state and fake fixtures from leaking between test classes, make the OVN test singletons explicitly resettable, turn the fileConfig call in cli.main() into a no-op, and register DNS_FORWARDER options in the dns_forwarder test.
BGP and OVN features. On the BGP side, virtual IPs are now installed into arp_proxy, the wait-for-port logic on the BGP bridge is fixed, and the FRR EVPN router delete is split into separate calls. On ML2/OVN, network-segment-range is declared supported, a new upgrade check flags stale OVN Metadata agent tags, is_port_external() now consults the active binding, and a vif-plugged event is emitted on OVN port re-bind during rebuild. ML2 also replaces the tunnel-segment physical_network NULL with ''.
Stability and correctness. The duplicate-subnet check in the extra-gateways overlap path is restored and backported across three branches. Other fixes clean leftover tpi/spi patch ports from br-int, start keepalived without the BFD subsystem, ignore already-deleted segments on network delete, scope the maintenance-worker lock to the worker, switch OVSDB lock checks to idl.has_lock, and correct a domain_search typo in the DHCP L2 extension.
Elsewhere. The skip-level lower bound moves to stable/2026.1, unused extras (including osprofiler) are dropped, and the BGP job pins OVN_BRANCH to v26.03.3.
