Tooling and CI. The bulk of the churn addresses ansible-galaxy fetching issues, landing on two branches to keep role installation working against upstream Galaxy behavior (1009054).

Backup fixes. Mariabackup's incremental compression arguments were corrected, with the fix picked up on a parallel branch as well — a small but functional change for anyone relying on compressed incremental backups.

Maintenance. The ansible_managed variable was refreshed, a stray note was reworded, and four zero-line changes relocated notes within the documentation to their correct sections.
