MariaDB rework. The in-tree mariadb-cluster and mariadb-backup charts were deleted outright (~4,000 lines removed), while the remaining MariaDB plumbing grew support for referencing an existing password secret and a mariadb_ref, and dropped spec.name from the Database and User CRs it generates. Together these point the deployment firmly at an external MariaDB operator rather than a bundled cluster.

StatefulSet conversions. A broad sweep moved singleton-style control-plane components onto StatefulSets: Designate's central/worker/producer, Tacker's conductor, Masakari's engine, Cyborg's conductor, Cloudkitty's processor, Watcher's applier, and Heat's engine (now always a StatefulSet). The helm-toolkit also started setting revisionHistoryLimit on StatefulSets and DaemonSets. Alongside these, governing services and strategies were rendered for watcher-decision-engine, heat-engine, and manila-share.

Fixes across the chart set. The bulk of the week was small corrective changes: Masakari monitor dependencies, security contexts and upgrade policies; Gnocchi job resources, statsd labels and daemonset policy; Tacker pod mounts, annotations and container sizing; Manila probe configurability, optional OVS hostPath and init-container sizing; OVN tolerations rendering and a BGP-agent toleration fix; Ironic bootstrap and PXE cleanups; Nova and Mistral dropping removed config options; Neutron valid_interfaces in [ironic]; and Horizon skipping untranslated panel messages. New periodic CronJobs landed for Rally, Tempest, and a Barbican database purge.

Release plumbing. All charts were bumped to 2026.2.0.
