Resource layer microversion plumbing. The Resource base class gained a _min_microversion attribute alongside documentation updates for _assert_microversion_for, and _min_microversion was then populated on the resources that actually need it. In the same area, accelerator resources had their _max_microversion set. The commit path also saw a refactor: a new Resource.commit_opts interface landed, and the long-standing prepend_key option on commit was deprecated in favor of it.

Baremetal. A large ~715-line patch backfilled unit tests for the proxy and resource modules, closing a long-standing coverage gap. Smaller follow-ups added the missing disable_ramdisk field on Runbook and fixed node cleanup in the functional tests.

Config and retries. Session configuration learned a new connect_retry_delay knob, read in get_session_client, and status-code retry options are now forwarded through to the adapter. Each of these shipped on master and was backported to a stable branch.

Elsewhere. Two stable-only patches dropped mypy testing from older branches.
