Dispersion tooling. The largest change by far reworks swift-dispersion-report and friends to restore the pre-policy sample names, bringing back ~1,700 lines of behavior around how dispersion samples are keyed when multiple storage policies are in play (1002434).

Gunicorn WSGI correctness. Two small but pointed fixes land in the gunicorn integration: phase-2 bytes of an EC PUT are no longer dropped, and Content-Length is now preserved on a 204 response. Both come with regression tests.

Storage and replication. db_replicator gains more informative logging around its replication mode, making it easier to tell which path a given run took. On the object server side, diskfile now rejects a disk_chunk_size of 0 outright rather than failing obscurely later.

Test stability. The bulk of the remaining churn is a sweep through flaky and over-coupled tests: handing out one fake response per connect, waiting for every cache populator worker to tick, loosening fragment-length comparison ordering, keeping the ssync receiver worker lookup exact, scoping tpool.execute mocks in test_diskfile, decoupling a relinker timeout, and quieting a cache-populator TTL race.

Elsewhere. CI image selection is realigned with the upstream jobs.
